And finally here is my inspiration, all details and products used below:

  • I started with a white 8''x8'' base card in a tent fold orientation, using a large hexagon die I placed one edge over the fold and ran it through my die cutting machine to create a hexagon shaped based card.
  • Next I have used the same die to cut a piece of red cardstock and adhered to the front of the card. Then using the same die again and a decorative insert from the matching die set and cut it out in white cardstock.
  • I have repeated the process with the green decorative piece and finally the patterned piece in the centre, I have glued all the mats and layers to the base card using wet glue.
  • I printed the Christmas moose from Bugaboo Digi stamps and coloured  the image using pro markers and fussy cut out, I have then printed and fussy cut my sentiment and tree embellishments and adhered them all to the front of my card using foam pads. To add a little finishing touch I have added some wet glue to the trees and sprinkled some glitter for the effect of snow.

Products used:
  • Red, Green, white and pattered papers from Polkadoodles
  • Sue Wilson Noble collection - classic adorned hexagons die set
  • Sentiment and tree embellishments from Polkadoodles
  • Pro markers
  • Christmas moose from Bugaboo Digi stamps
