And finally here is my inspiration contribution for this month.... please see all instructions and products used to create this card below:

  •  For this card I first started with the main Image from Charlie's stamps adorable kitten, I printed this off on my Brother laser printer and I used alcohol markers to colour my design so I could then match it with the papers I wanted to use. (Please see list of colours used below in product details)
  • For the base card I used a white 7x7 card blank 300gsm, I've then added lots of mats and layers to create a backdrop for this image, starting at the bottom I have a piece of watercolour washes paper in blue, then a holographic mirror card, next is a white mat which I have gone around the edge with a glue pen and added some iridescent glitter to, then I have a blue mat.
  • For the geometric background I have stamped the background stamp onto 5x5 piece of card stock from the watercolour paper pad, the same one as in the background mats and layers. I stamped the image then I have heat embossed using a silver embossing powder, and backed this onto a piece of holographic mirror card. Before adhering all these layers to the card I have wrapped around a blue piece of ribbon across the middle and securing to the back of all the layers then glued the layers to the base card using wet glue.
  • The next thing I have done is create a frame for my image, to do this I have used dies. First I took some white card stock and a fancy nesting die, I've cut the base and the fancy shape both in white card stock and layered them together. To create the circle frame around the image I have used my scalloped circle dies in two different sizes and white card stock to create a frame, once cut I have then run the frame through my die cutting machine with an embossing folder, I added the frame over the image with some foam pads and added all the layers to the centre of the card with foam pads too.
  • For the sentiments, 'I hope your day is..... PURRRFECT' was simply created of Microsoft Word and printed out, cut into strips and added to the card using foam pads.
  • For the embellishments on this card I have first created a paper flower I have used the same watercolour washes pad and stamped the flower image and heat embossed in silver embossing powder, I have repeated this three times so I have three flower images, I've fussy cut them out then shaped them slightly with my tweezers and layered them together using 3D gel and added a crystal to the centre of the flower.
  • For the bow I have wrapped blue tissue paper around a piece of craft wire then formed the wire into the shape of a bow. I added the bow to the right hand side of the image and glued the flower over the top using 3D gel to fix.
  • The last thing I have done to complete this card was add some self adhesive gems to the geometric background.

And finally here's my inspiration for this weeks Digi Choosday challenge blog #week26
Please see all instructions and products used below:

  • To start with I have made my pop up box base on an A4 piece of paper I have measured out a guide to create the box - here are the dimensions
  • I have used this template to create two of these on 300gsm cardstock. I have cut and scored where appropriate then used the flaps to adhere the two panels together. Once I had the basic box, I then created three card pieces to slot inside the box to add the support.
  • Next I have downloaded and printed out all the elements from the Polkadoodles website I have used Miss USAFriesBurgerFried chickenStarfish Sandcastles characters I have coloured all the images using my Promarkers and Chameleon colour tone pens and fussy cut them out.
  • I have then decorated the outside of the pop up box, to do this I have used red and blue card creating mats and layers to go on the out side panels, I have then used a star shaped die and cut this out using my cutting machine and white card stock and adhered to the front panel of the box.
  • For the flap panels I have matted them with the red card then used another background star die cutting this out in the blue card and matting onto a white card stock piece I glued all these panels on to the outside flaps of the box using wet glue.
  • To create some support for the pop up elements I have used the same background star die in red and backed in white card and attached them to each of the support sections inside the box.
  • To add the characters and elements I have used strips of acetate, I have used red liner tape to add the elements and used the tape again to attach the acetate to the inside of the box.
  • To fill out some of the space I have added some additional elements, I have used my heart and star shaped dies and some Digi papers from Polkadoodles
Products used:
  • Red and Blue card stock card stock pad
  • All the characters and Digi stamps available on the website
  • Star, background and heart dies are all from Hunkydory
  •  coloured markers used are/:

Here is my inspiration for this months #189 challenge....
Please see below for all details and products used:

  • I started with a 4.5"x6.5" white card stock panel. I used my flower stamp from the Altenew stamp set and stamped them onto plain copy paper and fussy cut them out to create a mask for each element. I then proceeded to stamp out my image onto the white panel I had created, I started with the flower in the middle, I stamped the image using versa fine CLAIR black pigment ink and my stamping block, once stamped I then masked off this flower using the make shift mask I created with the copy paper I adhered this with a little bit of removable tape pen ensuring I line this up correctly over the image. Once in place I stamped another two flowers to the top and the bottom of the centre flower, slightly overlapping each other using the same Ink and method as before. I then covered the other two flowers with the masks I had previously created and continued to stamp the foliage from the same set around the flowers.
  • Once I was happy with my stamping I removed all the masks to leave the image. I then coloured the image using my alcohol markers.
  • I stamped out a thank you sentiment to the right hand side of the main image, and ran around the edges of the card stock panel with my glue pen and added some glitter over the top.
  • To frame this centre piece image I decided to do some matting and layering. I created a black mat and glued the image directly onto this piece using wet glue. I also created a purple pearlescent embossed mat, I ran the purple panel through my die cutting machine with an embossing folder, I added foam pads to the back of this layer to create some dimension, I then added this to another white mat layer and glued directly onto a 5"x7" white base card.
  • For some finishing touches I added some purple flat back pearls around the image and also went over the flowers and the leaf's with a sparkle pen to add a little shimmer when held up to the light.

Products used:
  • Altenew wallpaper art stamp set
  • Altenew thank you builder stamp set, for the sentiment
  • Black and white card stock from Lynda's world of paper

  • For the main image I have use one of the stencils - you've been framed and inked through the stencil onto a white layer of card using a canary yellow ink pad and blending tool. I've coloured the images using a combination of pro markers and chameleon colour tone pens (see products used for colours) I have then matted this layer onto a holographic mirror card.

  • Next I inked up my Llama stamp with versa fine back ink and stamped the image directly onto the blended background
  • I added some glitter to the flowers on the stamped image and die cut a happy birthday sentiment, in black card stock and iridescent mirror card

Star shaker card

Hello and welcome to my blog, today I would like to share with you a birthday card I have made into a shaker, I love adding this fun element to cards I feel it adds lots of interest for the recipient.
Please see all instructions and products used below:

  • For this card I've started with the background, I used a piece of white 5x7 card stock and I attached pieces of red liner tape going across it horizontally, I haven't measured this out the gaps between them are uneven.
  • Next I have used three shades of shimmer ink and a blending tool over the tape and onto the background of the card using a gradient of the darkest colour at the top to the lightest colour at the bottom, I left this to one side to dry for a little while.
  • Whilst the ink was drying I took a piece of white card and cut an aperture with a star die, running it through my die cutting machine, on the back of the card I have added a piece of acetate and layered around the card with foam pads ensuring not to leave any gaps so once the sequins are in place they can't escape, I also rounded the corners with a corner punch.
  • Next I came back to the background piece, I removed all the red liner tape to expose the sticky adhesive I then used an iridescent glitter and covered the whole piece burnishing the glitter into the adhesive and brushing away the excess, I then added the sequins into the middle of the card
  • I used wet glue on the back of the foam pads to stick the white piece down over the sequins, thus encapsulating them.
  • I then used a happy birthday die cut from black card and adhered this to the front panel
  • To add that last finishing touch I stuck some matching sequins and some clear iridescent gems down with some wet glue.
Products used:
  • Prism shimmer inks in the shades, Thundercloud, Periwinkle and Arctic mist
  • Hunkydory moodstone straight edge nesting dies - star
  • Black and white card stock from Lynda's world of paper
  • Happy birthday die from Chloe's creative cards
  • Sequins, gems and glitter were all unbranded from Amazon UK

  • To start with I have taken a piece of black card slightly smaller than the 7x7 card base, I have secured a stencil over the top using purple tape. I have spread through the stencil some cosmic shimmer white texture paste using a pallet knife. Whilst the paste was still wet I have carefully removed the stencil and set aside to dry overnight. (be sure to wash your stencil thoroughly with warm water after use).
  • Next I have taken a page from the Hunkydory little book of Dad jokes, the pizza image and matted and layered onto a piece of red and white card stock.
  • I have stamped the sentiment No 1 Grandad onto the same red card stock and cut into a banner shape, I have then matted that onto a black card.

Father's Day fishing card

Hello and welcome to my blog, today I would like to share with you a card I've made for Father's Day using the Hunkydory little book of Dad jokes. Another easy and simple card to make when you're in hurry.
Please see instructions and products used below:

  • I started with the Nobel hexagon nesting die set and cut two of the largest hexagons shapes from the set using my die cutting machine, on one of the panels I scored along the top about a centimetre in to form the fold of my base card, I then glued along the scored hinge and stuck the two panels together.
  • Next I took the same die and a piece of turquoise card and ran that through my machine and adhered the the base
  • for the frame I took the largest die and the second largest die and the decorative center in the middle all from the same set, run that through my machine with white card stock witch left me with the cut out circle patterned frame, I stuck this to the turquoise panel on the card.
  • I then took the second largest hexagon from the set and cut this out in white card stock, I embossed the piece by it running it through my die cutting machine with an embossing folder, and attached this panel to the center of the card using foam pad to raise it up and create some dimension
  • Next I took the fishing image from the little book of Dad jokes and slightly cut it down and rounded the corners with a corner punch, I matted this onto a piece of turquoise mirror card also rounding the corners, again adding foam pads to the back and attaching it to the center.
  • The final finishing touch was a pre-cut sentiment Happy Father's Day, which I stuck with foam pads to wards the bottom right hand side of the card.
Products used:
  • Sue Wilson from Creative Expressions - Nobel collection classic adorned hexagons die set

Unicorn handbag card

Hello and welcome to my blog, today I would like to share with you an adorable unicorn handbag shaped card, I absolutely love this image it is so versatile and can be used on a variety of different papercraft projects. I purchased this kit from
https://www.craftsuprint.com/card-making/mini-kits/mini-kits-girl/unicorn-magic.cfm
You get so many elements for your money, I personally considered it to be a wonderful purchase.
Please see all instructions and products used below:

• I started with an 8x8 scalloped card blank in a tent fold orientation, I measured out in pencil an inch from top left of card crease and an inch from the top right of the card crease, I trimmed the card with my paper trimmer on an angle to the very edge of the bottom of the card from my pencil mark creating the basic handbag shape.
• I then used a piece of patterned paper to cover the front of the card base and trimmed around the edge with my scissors following the shape.
• I created a panel for the fold of the bag using a piece of water coloured patterned paper, I first stamped and embossed the paper with a star stamp and Wow embossing glitter powder and my heat tool. next I used the bow fancy edge die and ran it through my die cutting machine. I made two small holes in the top of my panel and fed some ribbon through to serve as the handle and attached this to the top of the card, and trimmed around the edge again following the shape of the card.
• For the unicorn image I used just one of the decopage images and fussy cut around it, I added lots of glitters and sparkle to the image and added some foam pads to the back and attached the the card as shown.
• I then decided to create some flowers and foliage to give it that little extra extravagance, I created these by using a flower stamp and foliage with the same watercolour paper I used for the handbags flap at the top, and also some vellum and acetate. I stamped 2 flowers onto the paper and heat embossed in white and fussy cut around the flower shape. I then stamped one flower onto vellum and heat embossed with a pink glitter embossing powder. For the foliage I stamped them onto heat embossible acetate using white embossing powder and fussy cut them out, I then added some glitter sprinkles with dries clear glue. I repeated this process twice so I had 2 sets of flowers and foliage and added them to my card as shown.
• Finally just for some finishing touches I added some gems to the centre of my flowers and a gem the the bow to create the illusion of a handbag fastener.

Products used:
• Patterned paper was first edition paper pad Bloom and Wonderful by Louise Tiler
• Watercolour paper pad was Watercolour washes designer paper pad from Chloe's creative cards
• The star stamp, flowers and foliage and glitters was also from Chloe's creative cards
• The bow die was Die'sire edgeables, cupids bow by crafters companion
• Ribbon and gems were all unbranded from Amazon UK
• And for the main Unicorn image this was purchased from
https://www.craftsuprint.com/card-making/mini-kits/mini-kits-girl/unicorn-magic.cfm
Designed by the lovely Anne Matheson, very highly recommended and fantastic quality and value for money.

• I have matted this onto a piece of pink mirror card and attached to my card base as the front panel and added some gems to the corners to finish.

Products used:
• Hunkydory flexi weight cardstock in grey
• White pearlescent cardstock from Chloe's creative cards
